**Key Responsibilities**
- **Placement Coordination**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, organizations, and industry leaders to secure placement opportunities for students.
- Coordinate and organize campus placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all placement-related activities.
- **Industry Engagement**:

- Reach out to new employers and foster long-term relationships for consistent hiring opportunities.
- Maintain a database of prospective recruiters, including IT, non-IT, manufacturing, and service sectors.
- Keep updated with industry trends and job market requirements to align placement strategies accordingly.
- **Student Preparation**:

- Prepare students for placements through resume-building sessions, group discussions, and mock interviews.
- Provide counseling and career guidance to students to improve employability.
- Coordinate soft skills, technical training, and personality development programs in collaboration with faculty.
- **Placement Process Management**:

- Manage end-to-end placement processes, including communication with recruiters, interview scheduling, and post-placement follow-ups.
- Collect and analyze placement data, including placement success rates and student performance.
- Resolve any issues faced by students or recruiters during the placement process.
- **Internships and Industry Visits**:

- Coordinate internship programs and industry visits for students to bridge the gap between academics and industry.
- Ensure internship compliance and documentation, and monitor student progress during internships.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain records of placements, student profiles, recruiter details, and job offers.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on placement performance, recruiter feedback, and student progress to the management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
