**URGENT HIRING **

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Placement Officer in our Placement Team to connect our students with top industry employers. The role involves managing placement activities, building partnerships, and preparing students for job success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with employers for job and internship opportunities.
- Organize and manage placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Provide career counseling, resume writing, and interview preparation to students.
- Stay updated on industry trends and job market needs.
- Collaborate with academic teams to align training with industry standards.
- Track placement data and provide insights for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in placement, recruitment, or career services (preferably in Ed-tech) or in any Educational institutions or any Engineering Colleges
- Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
