**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employer Engagement**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, recruiters, and companies to secure job placements for students.
- Identify potential employers and collaborate with them to organize recruitment drives, campus interviews, and other placement-related events.
- Negotiate and formalize placement offers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- **Placement Drives & Events**:

- Organize and coordinate placement drives, job fairs, recruitment events, and company visits.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including students, faculty, and employers, to ensure smooth execution of placement events.
- Oversee the logistics of placement drives, including interview scheduling, pre-placement talks, and post-placement follow-ups.
- **Career Counseling & Student Guidance**:

- Provide career counseling to students, offering guidance on resume building, interview preparation, career opportunities, and professional development.
- Conduct mock interviews, workshops, and group discussions to prepare students for real-world recruitment processes.
- Advise students on career options, market trends, and skill development to enhance employability.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of student placements, including job offers, employer details, and placement statistics.
- Track and update student profiles, resume database, and placement outcomes to ensure timely communication with students and employers.
- Prepare and maintain reports on placement statistics and trends for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Coordination with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and other administrative teams to align curriculum with industry requirements and employer expectations.
- Coordinate with faculty to ensure students are well-prepared and meet the necessary skill sets for potential employers.
- **Market Analysis & Industry Trends**:

- Keep up to date with industry trends, hiring patterns, and employer expectations to ensure the placement process aligns with current market demands.
- Provide feedback to students regarding emerging industry requirements and skill gaps.
- **Student Tracking & Feedback**:

- Regularly track the progress of students post-placement to ensure job satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
- Collect feedback from employers and students to continuously improve placement processes and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferably in HR, Management, or related fields). A Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or human resources. Prior experience in an educational or academic setting is desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and event management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with online job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools.
- Understanding of career counseling and job market trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
