We are looking for a Placement officer for our University located in Pallavaram.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in career counseling, recruitment, or a related field.
- Knowledge of job search strategies, resume writing, and interview techniques.

Exp: 3-4 years

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain partnerships with local and regional employers to secure job placement opportunities.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career workshops, and networking events to enhance placement opportunities.
- Track and report on placement outcomes and maintain accurate records of placements.
- Collaborate with academic departments or training programs to align job placement efforts with curriculum outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
