**About Us**:
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build strong relationships with IT companies hiring in **SAP**, Data Science, Analytics, etc.
- Drive placement activities: recruitment drives, job fairs, virtual interviews.
- Guide students on resumes, interviews, and career direction.
- Maintain placement records and achieve placement targets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (HR, IT, or related fields preferred).
- **3+ years** of experience in placements, recruitment, or business development.
- Strong network in **SAP hiring** (FICO, MM, ABAP, etc.) and Chennai IT market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.

**Preferred**:

- **CRO (Career Relationship Officers)** highly preferred.
- Fluency in **English & Tamil**.
- Experience in SAP/technical recruitment.
- Proficiency with job portals and LinkedIn outreach.
