- Fresher Salary: ₹14,000 TH (NAPS)
- 6-Day Working | 1 Rotational Week Off
- 2-Way Cab Facility (Up to 35 KM radius | Nodal Point Pickup & Drop)

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring **Customer Support Executives** for the Inbound Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound calls from existing and new customers, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Resolve issues by researching solutions, escalating unresolved problems when necessary.
- Assist customers with transactions, service requests, and information updates.
- Cross-sell bank products and services wherever applicable.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and service.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Education: Undergraduates / Graduates
- SVAR Equivalent: 50 & Above

**Skills & Abilities Required**:

- Good communication skills in **English & Hindi** (both verbal and written)
- Basic telephone etiquette & computer proficiency
- Ability to read, write, and speak English as per business needs
- Regional language proficiency (added advantage)
- Strong decision-making, logical reasoning, and numerical ability
- Customer-focused, attentive, and proactive attitude
