Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, follow-up obsessed and detail-oriented individual to
join our team as an Executive Assistant (EA). We don’t need a conventional Executive
top-level executives, across the departments enhancing their effectiveness by managing
schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Even Office Administrator profiles can be explored for those who have above qualities and who are willing to learn.
Responsibilities (for reference only, not limited to):
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize executive calendars,
scheduling meetings, and appointments, and ensuring timely reminders.
- Communication Handling: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external
communications on behalf of the executives, ensuring professionalism and
confidentiality.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations,
and logistics for executives.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda
preparation, venue arrangements, and post-meeting follow-ups.
- Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate records, handle documentation, and
ensure systematic filing of important information.
- Task Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing and managing tasks, ensuring that critical
deadlines are met.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and assist in managing the
executive office & day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality are crucial.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor & degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Graduation from any secretarial college is a big plus.
- Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is set between Rs 25,000/- to 40,000/.
Additional Considerations
- Residing within a 30-45-minute commuting distance from our office.
- Honesty and openness are crucial attributes.
- Willingness to undertake personal tasks for the executive.
