**Job Summary**

The Food and Beverage Executive plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the F&B department. This individual ensures high standards of customer service, coordinates with kitchen and service staff, manages inventory, and helps maintain the overall quality and efficiency of food and beverage service.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Operational Support**
- Oversee daily operations in restaurants, bars, and other food outlets.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and support teams.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, buffets, and service counters.

**2. Guest Experience**
- Greet and engage with guests, ensuring satisfaction and addressing complaints promptly.
- Uphold hygiene and quality standards in all guest service areas.
- Support implementation of service improvements based on guest feedback.

**3. Inventory and Stock Control**
- Monitor and manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Assist in placing orders and tracking deliveries to prevent shortages.
- Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies.

**4. Administrative Duties**
- Assist with staff scheduling and training of junior team members.
- Maintain records of daily sales, guest feedback, and service issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

**5. Team Collaboration**
- Coordinate closely with chefs, servers, and vendors to optimize service.
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to service strategy discussions.
- Motivate and support the service team to maintain morale and performance.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in F&B service, preferably in hotels, restaurants, or resorts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
