This position will provide day to day administrative support to the Manager in charge of Human Resources. The main responsibility of the Immigration Assistant is to aid in administration and clerical duties, responding and assiting consultant for H1B Visa support. Besides Answering phones and assisting with daily operations. The Human Resources Assistant will also be required to assist the team with meetings and events, handling travel arrangements and proposals.
- Need to be involved in end-to-end immigration processes for employees.
- LCA filing for our employees, H-1B Amendment, H-1B Extension, H-1B Transfer, and H4 Visa
- Drafting of supporting documentation for PERM / I-140 and Perm Audits.
- Reviewing the H-1B, I-140, and PERM drafts.
- Communicate with employees about immigration issues and resolve queries
- Prepare visa cancellation/revocation letters for the USCIS.
- Contacting USCIS for information on visa approval delays or typographical errors in legal documents.
- Work with employees on the GC processing.
- Keep Public Access Files up to date (PAF)
- Follow up and Collect Employees Timesheets of Employees

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Hyderabad, Rangareddy - 500081, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
