At GetRest, we're not just selling mattresses; we're offering a pathway to better sleep and health. We're seeking a Sales and Customer Support Executive to join our mission.

*Job Description:*

Your role will be crucial in guiding customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring they find the perfect mattress for their needs, and providing post-sale support.

*Responsibilities:*
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable mattress options.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns, including logistics and returns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in developing customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
- As the customer visiting website are all virtual these are all going to be whatsapp based and call based.
- You will have to attend drop in visitors at our store for assisting them as well and attend the enquiries and follow up.
- Virtual tours and display of products are also to be given through video call to customers when they request the same.

*Qualifications:*
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the mattress or home furnishing industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and regional languages.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings if required.
- A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
