**We are looking for a Complaince Executive for our Public Ltd Client to be based at Kolkata, Rajarhat.**

**Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate **_**with prior experience in similar field for atleast 7 years.**_
- **Age within 40 years**_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities. Filing of Govt Tenders as per deadline and adherence to Regulatory compliances. Coordinate with Clients.
- keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
- Planning, undertaking and overseeing for regulatory inspections
- In-depth understanding of regulatory framework
- Coordinating with internal department HODs for Quarterly/monthly/Yearly reports to various Government departments and ensuring statutory reports are updated and submitted to concerned department every month.
- Should have relations with Govt. bodies at State and Centre.
- Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
- Capability to negotiate with and influence others
- Analytically and mathematically minded to analyse data and create necessary reports
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment

CTC- Rs 5-6 lpa

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per month
