We promote solar products from Tier 1 OEM companies to pan India solar EPC companies. enPossibilities is an authorized distributor of Solis string inverters, Saatvik Green solar PV modules, Jinko Solar, JA Solar and Swelect PV modules. The company operates from multiple warehouses across India, the major ones being at Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Pune, Kochi, Ahmedabad and Jaipur.

**Designation**:Sales Coordinator
**Location**:Gurugram
**Shift Time**:9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

1. Prepare and issue quotations, Proforma Invoices (PIs), and other necessary documents using ERP software.

2. Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.

3. Assist the sales team in developing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.

4. Share the supporting documents such as test reports, warranty certificates, and other deliverables with customers.

5. Manage and update customer records and transactions in ERP.

6. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all customer-related documents, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

7. Act as a point of contact between customers and the internal team for updates and follow-ups.

8. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.

9. Address customer queries related to orders, documentation, or other concerns.

10. Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing backend assistance.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in the related field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Persuasive and result-oriented
4. Basic computer skills for data entry
