**About the role**

You will play a vital role in scaling up existing and building new credit products for SMEs and businesses associated with Meesho. You will own a wide range of problem statements that will span across running bold experiments, growth hacking, partnership management, and drive collections. You will get to create a direct impact on the business by independently working with multiple stakeholders, setting up processes and systems, and leveraging your analytical skills to identify problems and new growth levers.- What will you do
- **Bold Experimentation**:come up with new innovative ideas, end to end ownership of implementing initiatives and driving impact with speed and urgency
- **Continuous problem discovery**:have a very problem-first mindset to drive continuous improvement.
- **Improve and develop robust processes**:we are building it for the first time, so you will get a chance to build new processes and improve efficiencies in the existing ones.
- **Business Operation**:manage day to day operations and tasks to grow SME lending business, drive adoptions, manage partners/vendors and collection initiatives- What will you need
- 3-5 years of work experience in startups or strategy consulting Ability to independently drive problem statements and impact
- First principles based critical thinking and data-led approach to problem-solving
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a VUCA environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization
- Experience in financial services is preferred
- Prior experience of working in a business or operations role would be preferred (not mandatory)
