Job Purpose

Responsible for network uptime for radio, MW. Support to improve the network KPIs for all technology.

Key ResultAreas/Accountabilities

1. Engineer will responsible for Operation and maintenance of assigned task
2. 2. Engineer will responsible for breakdown and preventive maintenance
3. Engineer to analyze daily report and deliver 99.70% uptime
4. Engineer will responsible for MW and RAN alarm rectification
5. Engineer to coordinate with SNOC ,IPs, CODE, project, etc. for day to day operation
6. Engineer having hands on experience in BSC/RNC and Transport domain

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

1. Sound knowledge on troubleshooting of RAN/MW network.
2. Technical skill set of optical & transport network.
3. Managing others and team
4. Administration and team building ability
5. Analytical and communication skill set.
6. Experience- 7-8 years of experience in BSS O&M RAN (Nokia & Ericsson) domain.
7. Sound technical skill set/ knowledge of BSS RAN

Must have technical /professional qualifications

B.E in Electronics and Communication.
