**Key Responsibilities**:Administrative & Secretarial:
- Manage calendars, client meetings, and appointments for senior
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and client files
- Assist in drafting official correspondence and follow-ups
Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Prepare and update ledgers, vouchers, and bank statements
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain proper filing
- Support in GST, TDS, and other compliance-related data entry and documentation
- Assist in preparing invoices, client billing, and basic reports for audit/tax purposes
Coordination:
- Liaise with clients for document collection, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with staff for document flow and task status
- Ensure timely reminders and updates for compliance deadlines
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Prior experience in a CA firm or financial services preferred
- Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting procedures
**Skills Required**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of accounting entries and general bookkeeping
- Time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
