We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketer to join our team and drive subscriber growth.
**Job Summary**: As a Product Marketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our IT staffing tool to recruiters and bench sales professionals across the US. Your primary goal will be to increase our subscriber base by developing and executing effective marketing strategies. You will work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to understand user needs and translate them into compelling marketing campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential target audiences.
- Analyze user feedback and market data to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and subscriber growth.
- Create detailed marketing plans, including timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Content Creation and Management**:
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging visuals and videos.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve subscription targets.
- **Product Positioning and Messaging**:
- Develop clear and compelling product messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure consistency in product messaging across all marketing channels.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Communicate marketing plans and results to stakeholders and team members.
- **Metrics and Reporting**:
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance and insights for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the US IT staffing.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing market and recruitment processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
