**Position**: Bench Sales Recruiter
**Location**: Madhapur, Hyderabad (100% On-site)
**Experience**: 1-5 years in US IT Bench Sales
**Shift**: US Shift (CST)
**Salary**: Competitive + Incentives

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and implementation partners.
- Negotiate rates and close deals with vendors and clients.
- Maintain and update internal databases and trackers with submission and interview details.
- Ensure consistent follow-up with consultants and clients/vendors for interview updates and feedback.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of US Bench Sales market.
- Experience working with job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be self-motivated and target-driven.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with ATS systems.
- Strong vendor network.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
