**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT) to implementation partners & direct clients
- Submit consultants on portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
- Build and maintain strong vendor/client relationships
- Negotiate rates and close positions quickly
- Maintain strong communication with consultants for smooth onboarding

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with job boards & sourcing tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets
