Bench Sales Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
- Ensure the target is met in terms of required submittals on a daily basis as well as required number of placements.
**Experience**: 0-2 years
**Desired Skills**:
- Hands on experience in end to end Bench sales process across various IT Technologies.
- Experience in marketing of Citizens, Green Card, EAD, H1B and TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, and Crop to Crop).
- Experience using recruiting portals like dice, Monster, and Linked-In. Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
- Marketing Bench Consultants (H1B/H4EAD/CPT/OPT, GC, and USC).
- Having a good Database & Rapport with primary Vendors, Vendors & clients.
- Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly.
- Good Communications Mandate.
- Good verbal and Oral Skills.
- Go-Getter and committed.
- Ready to work under pressure.
