Key Responsibilities:

- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT services industry
- Sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B's, OPT's) to primary vendors or Direct Clients.
- Look up for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals such as Vendor Portals, LinkedIn, Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Tech Fetch etc.
- Good at rate negotiations with Vendors.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry, current market trends, and technologies.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful placements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.
