Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and placing talented IT professionals on bench with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, understand their skill sets and career goals, and actively market their profiles to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with clients to secure the best possible placements. Work towards achieving revenue targets and building long-term client relationships.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and placement. Ensure that all transactions comply with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in bench sales recruiting within the IT industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

**Salary**: From ₹10,909.03 per month
