Guest Relation Executive; Resort

**Profile Introduction**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to provide a personalized experience.
- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all guest details are accurately recorded.
- Ensure guests receive all necessary information about their stay, amenities, and services.
- Address guest complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Work proactively with other departments to resolve any problems in a timely manner.
- Follow up with guests to ensure that concerns have been adequately addressed.
- Work closely with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure guests' needs are met.
- Liaise with the Front Office team to coordinate special requests or VIP treatment.
**Profile Requirements**
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle complaints, resolve issues, and make quick decisions.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
