- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed appropriately.
- Attention to detail to accurately record and maintain customer information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
