**Job Title: Sales Executive**

**About Us**: Agastya learnings is an edtech company in which provides online lectures for Olympiad, Scholarship and other state level exams for school students with a commitment to excellence and innovation. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team and contribute to our success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Connect schools, Tuitions and parents seeking both B2B and B2C opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Contribute in the operations and development of company.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or sales.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software’s.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
