**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Identify and research potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other business terms to close deals.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management team.
- **Market Research**: Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends to remain competitive in the market.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to provide timely updates to the management team.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure client needs are met.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in [industry-specific experience].
- Strong understanding of the sales process, with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
