_**Roles & Responsibilities**:_
- Handle Calls: Manage outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Customer Inquiries:Handle Vi Process ( MNP)
- Information Provision: Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and finding optimal solutions.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction
- Record Keeping: Record and update customer information in the database.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed individual and team targets and performance metrics.
- Procedural Adherence: Follow call center procedures, scripts, and guidelines for consistent service.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge and changes in company policies.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Education: 10th / 11th / 12th Pass / Graduate; Freshers welcome.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, Marathi, and Sindhi.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Environment Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professionalism: Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹126,000.00 per year
