**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waitress/Server to join our team. Your role will be to ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent service, taking accurate orders, and delivering food and beverages efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and offer detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients or specials)
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff
- Serve orders promptly and check on guests to ensure satisfaction
- Clear and reset tables between customers
- Process bills and handle payments (cash/card)
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Support team members and assist during busy shifts

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Waitress/Server is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A cheerful and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good memory and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and POS system handling skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
