**Reports To**: Restaurant Manager

**Position Summary**: As a Restaurant Captain, you will oversee the dining experience for our guests, ensuring proper order taking from guests,exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. You will lead a team of servers and staff, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Greet and escort guests to their tables.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or requests.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and train waitstaff on service standards and restaurant protocols.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- **Operations Management**:

- Assist in managing dining flow, including reservations and seating arrangements.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Gather feedback from guests to improve service and menu offerings.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare daily reports on service performance and guest feedback.
- Collaborate with management on staff scheduling and training needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
