**Guest Experience**:
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide menu explanations, offer recommendations, and answer questions related to food and drinks.
- Ensure guests' needs are met and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee the dining area to ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Lead, motivate, and guide the front-of-house staff, ensuring high-quality service.
- Allocate and supervise tasks among servers, runners, and other front-of-house staff.
- Train and mentor new staff members, providing guidance on best practices and customer service standards.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
- **Operational Management**:
- Ensure proper setup and cleaning of the dining area, including table settings, equipment, and supplies.
- Manage reservations and ensure seating arrangements are well-organized to optimize flow and capacity.
- Monitor service flow, ensuring all orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Assist in inventory control by ensuring adequate stock levels for service areas.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Ensure food and beverage quality meets restaurant standards.
- Perform regular checks on cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, bathrooms, and service stations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, management, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Report any issues or concerns to management promptly and efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
