**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **IT Support / Technical Support Trainee** to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to kick-start their career in IT support. The trainee will assist the technical support team by managing and assigning support tickets, tracking issue resolutions, and learning the fundamentals of IT helpdesk operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage the IT support ticketing system.
- Assign tickets to the appropriate technical support personnel or teams.
- Track ticket progress and ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Assist in basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related issues under supervision.
- Escalate unresolved or high-priority issues to senior technicians.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions.
- Support users via different modes.
- Learn and follow company IT policies, processes, and SLAs.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve helpdesk efficiency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Jira, ServiceNow, Zoho Desk) is a plus.
- **Good communication** and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Eagerness to learn and grow** in the IT support field.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience with Windows/Mac operating systems and Office 365.
- Understanding of network concepts (LAN, WAN, DNS, IP).
- Previous internship or project in IT support or service desk.
