Service Desk Analysts are information technology (IT) professionals who **provide technical support to users**. They respond to incoming requests for IT support and resolve network, hardware and software issues with computers. They also perform technical maintenance and software installations and updates.
- **User query/issue handling. **Ensuring user queries or issues are captured, validated, and triaged for further processing.
- **Communicating with users.** Ensuring that various types of information are communicated to users through the appropriate channel(s).
- **Optimization.**Optimization. Optimization. Ensuring improvement of the two previous processes through analysis, reviews, and reporting, as well as through automation, competence building, knowledge sharing and other organizational changes.
- Identify and diagnose issues and problems
- Categorize and record reported queries and provide solutions
- Support problem identification
- Advise users on appropriate course of action
- Monitor issues from start to resolution
- Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support
- Provide essential online security advice and support
- Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions.
- Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services.
- Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
