**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development & Lead Generation**

Identify new business opportunities in the retail, residential, and commercial segments.

Generate and convert leads through architects, interior designers, builders, real estate developers, and direct walk-ins.

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, project managers, and consultants.

**Client Engagement & Solution Selling**

Understand client needs and propose tailored furniture/modular solutions.

Conduct product presentations and site visits to explain designs, pricing, timelines, and after-sales service.

Prepare and present business proposals, MOUs, and commercial agreements.

**Sales & Revenue Growth**

Own monthly/quarterly revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Upsell and cross-sell complementary products or services.

**Project Coordination**

Work closely with the design, production, and execution teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Track order status, resolve execution issues, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

**Reporting & Strategy**

Maintain updated sales pipeline reports and submit weekly/monthly performance updates.

Provide market insights and contribute to strategic planning and pricing decisions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (MBA preferred).

3-6 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development in furniture/modular/interiors domain.

Strong network of architects, designers, builders, or institutional clients is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and business reporting.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
