**Roles of a Back Office Executive**
- **Administrative Support**: Provide support to management and front-office staff by handling routine office tasks.
- **Data Management**: Enter, update, and maintain databases, records, and files.
- **Documentation**: Prepare, verify, and manage company documents, reports, and official correspondence.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- **Compliance & Record-Keeping**: Ensure all data and processes comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- **Report Generation**: Compile and prepare reports based on collected data.
- **Inventory** Assist in maintaining records of stock, equipment, related activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Inputting and managing data in systems like Excel, ERP, or CRM tools.
- Handling internal communications and scheduling meetings.
- Scanning, printing, and filing documents.
- Verifying and processing invoices or transactions.
- Supporting HR with payroll, attendance records, and recruitment follow-ups.
- Assisting in preparing presentations and reports for management.
- Following up on business communications and pending tasks.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication skills (written primarily).
- Time management and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of office equipment and basic IT tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
