Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned area.

2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and productivity.

3. Identify potential new markets and business opportunities within the area and develop plans to penetrate and expand market presence.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.

5. Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

6. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product positioning to maximize market penetration and sales effectiveness.

7. Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and generate timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

8. Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to showcase company products/services and generate leads.

9. Provide regular training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer relationship management skills.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while maintaining high professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Sales or Management will be a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the [industry/sector].

3. Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

4. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

5. Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.

6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.

8. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.

9. Ability to travel within the assigned area and occasionally outside the area, as required.
