**Working Days**: Monday to Friday

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven **Marketing Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads from the market, promoting our insurance intermediary services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals. This position is ideal for someone with strong people skills, field marketing experience, and a good understanding of the insurance market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and generate new leads through fieldwork, networking, and market visits
- Promote the company’s insurance intermediary services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and partners
- Coordinate with the internal team to follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion
- Distribute marketing materials and represent the company at industry events or local activities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and follow-ups
- Provide market feedback and suggest ideas to improve lead-generation strategies
- Meet daily/weekly lead targets and report performance to the manager

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in field marketing or sales (insurance sector preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willing to travel locally for market visits
- Basic understanding of insurance products and intermediary services is a plus
