Officer - Quality Assurance

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY _(Why does this role exist?)_

Ensure product quality by inspection

Managing processes, material and products.

Prevent non-confirmative events & review such events

documentation, follow up implementation of corrective action

SCOPE _(These are actions that will enable the incumbent to achieve the job’s overall purpose. They are a description of the responsibilities on the job)_

Check that all process are in accordance with the guidelines and regulations, Conduct online checking of all products as per specification in moulding, tufting, printing and packing department.

Conduct lot Inspection of finished goods and container inspection. Conduct trials of new products. Organise transit trials, Promote good Manufacturing practices on the shop floor, ensure hygiene at the shop floor.

Test quality parameters of incoming raw & packing materials for production as per the customer’s standard specification. Identify any potential issues per defined process and escalate the issues to the superiors.

Documentation as per QA SOPs, BRC and ISO requirements. Entering data in the ERP system. Review QA analyst data, check for trends & sign documents. Issue CAR to respective department, follow up implementation of corrective actions, verification of procedures.

Assisting Q.A. Head in Maintaining and improving product quality, company, system, compliance, surveillance and internal audits.

Identify test requirement, organise to test samples, preparation of sample boards, retention of QA samples as per SOP & place samples into archive.

MEASURES _(How is the performance on the above-mentioned deliverables measured?_

Achieve Quality Assurance objective, follow QA SOPs.

Ensure Nil non conformity with reference to documentation, samples.

Complete product testing, trials as per schedule time frames.

B.Sc. Graduate, 3 yrs

Dependability, Confidentiality, Verbal Communication, Teamwork, Microsoft Office Skills

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
