Our Quality Management team is a key part in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across our hospitals.
This role plays a crucial part in supporting audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits, and ensure timely closure of all identified deficiencies.
- Oversee timely collection and submission of quality improvement data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings, ensuring they are carried out with precision and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, manuals, policies, procedures, and ensure proper document control of forms and formats.
- Work closely with Unit Leadership Teams to implement and monitor quality standards across the hospital.
- Identify documentation requirements and prepare them within 15 days of identification, coordinating with NABH secretariat for accreditation processes.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree along with MBA/MHA or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of experience in the quality department, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes (NABH preferred), and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a structured environment and handle multiple tasks with precision.
