This job is based out of Goa, India

This position exists to perform QA activity for Vacuum Interrupter plant at Goa- Recording and monitoring of product quality analysis
- Review NCR raised in M-Tool on daily basis & Initiate quality problem resolution activity
- Performing Q-Circle Meetings with cross functional team on daily basis for defects analysis and decision making.
- Initiate and implement PPAP Documentation with supplier.
- Initiate and implement FMEA for the Process along with cross functional team.
- Performing in-depth analysis on Material like OF-Cu, SS, Ceramic, Silver, and Gold.
- Prepare or support in Quality relevant documentation (update of checklist, procedures, and work instructions)
- Conduct product audits for released products as per set target Qty per month
- Identify the critical activities in the line & carry out P FMEA for all critical processes.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably mechanical) or its equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in quality relevant field.
- Must be technically sound in manufacturing process of various mechanical commodities, processes and

should possess excellent analytical skills with strong attention to details
- Technical knowledge and hand-on experience using various measurements equipment (CMM,

hardness tester, comparator, etc.) is preferred
- Experience in performing gauge R&R studies, SPC methods
- Expertise and experience of using 7QC tools, 5 whys, 8D, FMEA, PPAP, VSM, etc.
- Lead/internal auditor ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards preferred
- Knowledge of SAP QM is must
- Must exhibit a high level of motivation, sense of urgency, and energetic approach to job duties and

requirements along with team working skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate technical information

within Siemen and suppliers
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential for

success in this position
- This profile requires travel to various suppliers’ and customer’s sites
