**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Executive. This role is ideal for a recent diploma graduate eager to start their career in facility management and MEP systems. You will assist in maintaining and monitoring MEP systems across various facilities under the guidance of senior staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the inspection, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Support the team in conducting routine checks and recording performance data.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service activities as needed.
- Help monitor energy usage and participate in initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Learn and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain logs, checklists, and documentation as per operational procedures.
- Respond to minor on-site issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth facility operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma/Bachelors in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field (freshers welcome).
- Basic understanding of MEP systems and their functions (training will be provided).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to on-site environments.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to travel to different site locations (own transport preferred).

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
