**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Position : MEP Engineer / MEP APM**
**Experience : 4 to 10 yrs**
**Work Environment : On site**
**Reporting Location : Chennai**
**Compensation : 20 to 50K**
**Working hours : 9 to 9**
**Benefits : Accommodation will be provided except Chennai location.**
**Responsibility**:
- Execute installation of MEP systems for the interior projects (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) in accordance with approved designs, project specifications, and applicable codes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems during construction.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project timelines.
- Provide on-site technical support and resolve execution-related issues in coordination with the project team.
- Perform tests and inspections to verify MEP system functionality and performance prior to commissioning.
- Liaise with clients, Project Management Consultants (PMC), and regulatory authorities for approvals, inspections, and project updates.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery of materials and review/approve material lists for Electrical, HVAC, Fire Alarm/Public Address, Data, and Access Control systems.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in MEP design and coordination for construction projects.
Basic Knowledge of HVAC, SLT, FA/PA, Design, long lead and Fire system working principles.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
