**Responsibility**:

- Lead and manage the MEP team across all disciplines (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, FA/PA, data, and access systems) to deliver high-quality engineering solutions in line with project objectives and codes.
- Oversee the execution of MEP systems, ensuring designs meet technical requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- Direct coordination with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into overall building designs.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor team workloads, providing guidance, technical direction, and performance feedback to achieve project milestones and maintain quality.
- Supervise site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring systems perform to specification and are delivered on schedule.
- Represent the MEP function in high-level meetings with clients, PMC, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely approval of material lists and delivery schedules to support uninterrupted project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in MEP design, installation, and operational practices through training, process refinement, and adoption of new technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in MEP coordination for interior office projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC, SLT, FA/PA, Design, long lead and Fire system working principles.
- Must have experience in all MEP activities.
- Must have experience in handling team.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
