**Job Description - MEP Multi-Technician**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
- Handle installation and upkeep of HVAC, electrical systems, pumps, motors, piping, and other construction-related utilities.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP equipment as per schedule.
- Monitor system operations, identify faults, and execute timely solutions.
- Work in coordination with site engineers and other technicians to maintain safety and operational standards.
- Maintain proper documentation of service and repair records.
- **Experience**: 5 to 10 years in MEP systems, preferably in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

**Preferred Industry**: Construction / Real Estate / Facility Management

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
