**Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support**:

- Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Maintain up-to-date records of employees, vendors, and organizational assets.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.

**Office Management**:

- Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and operational.
- Oversee cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of the office environment.

**Scheduling & Coordination**:

- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for management or teams.
- Organize travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event planning.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.

**Communication**:

- Distribute internal communications and ensure important messages are shared in a timely manner.

**HR & Support Functions**:

- Assist with onboarding new employees (paperwork, ID cards, workspace setup).
- Maintain attendance and leave records, coordinate with HR if applicable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
