**Position Details**
- **Position**: Senior Manager - B2B Sales
- **Location**: Noida
- **Experience**: 5+ years in B2B Distribution / Channel Sales

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Senior Manager - B2B Sales** to lead our business-to-business distribution and channel sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective **B2B sales strategies** to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage **distribution partners, resellers, and channel networks**.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **key clients and business partners**.
- Analyze **market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities** to uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with **marketing and product teams** for lead generation and brand development.
- Prepare and present **sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates** to management.
- Negotiate and close **high-value deals**, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide the **sales team** to achieve alignment with organizational goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, or related field** (MBA preferred).
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in **B2B distribution, channel sales, or enterprise business development**.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding **sales targets**.
- Excellent **negotiation, communication, and relationship management** skills.
- Strong **analytical and strategic** thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in **CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting**.
