**Job Summary**:
The Guest Service Associate (GSA) is the first point of contact for guests at the resort. They handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome guests and handle registration formalities.
- Process check-outs and handle billing accurately.
- Manage room allocations and coordinate with housekeeping for room status.
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest queries, and handle reservations.
- Address guest complaints politely and escalate when needed.
- Maintain records and daily reports for the front office.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management.
- Freshers or up to 2 years of experience in front office operations.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
