**Role Overview**
We are looking for a skilled and technically aware female professional with solid experience in government tender management, who can also support pre-sales coordination. The role requires strong documentation abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple departments to ensure timely bid submissions and client-facing technical support.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Tender Management**:
- Independently manage the entire government tender process including identification, evaluation, documentation, and submission
- Regularly track tenders on GeM, CPP, and relevant state/central eProcurement portals
- Interpret RFPs/RFQs, prepare bid summaries, and maintain compliance documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely input, approvals, and financial/commercial details
- Submit tenders with 100% accuracy and follow up on bid status, clarifications, and results
- Maintain and organize all tender files, trackers, and submission logs
**Pre-Sales Support**:
- Assist in the creation of technical proposals, company profiles, and product documentation
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams for client-specific solution mapping
- Prepare supporting material for pre-bid meetings, client queries, and demo requirements
- Understand product specifications in areas such as drones, surveillance systems, tactical electronics, etc., to ensure accurate representation in all submissions
- Coordinate client onboarding documentation and compliance filings as needed
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Government Tender Management
- Strong working knowledge of GeM, CPP Portal, and general eProcurement procedures
- Must be technically sound and capable of understanding core product offerings
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, Word, and document formatting
- Strong written communication skills - especially in reading and interpreting RFPs
- Experience in coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for documentation
- High ownership, disciplined work ethic, and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a technical or engineering-driven company is preferred
