Job Description: Customer Service Executive - Visa Assistance (Voice Process)

**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)
**Work Schedule**: 5 Days Working | 2 Fixed Off Days | Day Rotational Shifts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Address customer queries and complaints related to visa processes over voice calls.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding visa requirements, documentation, and timelines.
- Effectively handle customer concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer interaction records in the system as per company guidelines.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team for quick resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification**:HSC or Graduate** from a recognized institution.
- Minimum **6 months of experience** in a voice-based customer service role.
- Fluent in English and [add regional languages if required].
- Basic understanding of visa processes is preferred but not mandatory.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to work in **day rotational shifts**.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and handle customer interactions with professionalism.
