Coordinate and manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prioritize and adjust appointments based on urgency and importance.
- Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure optimal time management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings.
- Record minutes and follow up on action items.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared with all necessary materials.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel briefs with all relevant information.
- Assist in strategic initiatives and special projects as directed by the CEO.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or external partners.
- Maintain a system for organizing files, records, and documents for easy retrieval.
- Handle expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking related to the CEO's office.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
