Primary Responsibilities
- Obtain and analyze business requirements and document technical solutions
- Provide SysAid software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations
- Develop, Maintain and Deliver KPI Reports on the tickets, showing trending, ticket duration, SLA compliance and Incident/Event correlation on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, with an executive summary
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for design, development, testing, and support of all platform features and functions
- Drive continuous platform and process improvement
- Create custom dashboards and reporting
- Provision user access
- Provide user training where needed
- Create documentation and knowledge articles
- Be a SysAid platform advocate and find new areas of the enterprise that could benefit from it and its use
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ITSM administration tool(s).
- System/Process Automation experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Configuration Management aligned to ITIL
- Web Services Integration
- Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
