Shift timing : 2PM to 11PM As a ServiceNow Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform to support the organization's IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets business needs and aligns with ITIL best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Configuration and Customization:    - Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.    - Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. 2. System Administration:    - Perform routine system administration tasks, including user management, access control, and data maintenance.    - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. 3. Integration:    - Implement and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other third-party applications.    - Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless data flow. 4. ITOM Configuration and development:    - Development, testing, implementation and management in ITOM - CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and event management    - Design technical solutions in various modules of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM 5. Upgrades and Patch Management:    - Collaborate with the technical team to plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades.    - Manage patching and ensure the platform is up to date. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator. - ServiceNow certification(s) preferred. - Strong understanding of ITOM processes and ITIL framework. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: - ServiceNow administration and development. - Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules. - Scripting languages such as JavaScript. - ITIL best practices. - Integration with third-party tools. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
